The intensive dampener is capable of adding up to 5% water to cleaned wheat with even distribution of moisture. The two-component injection system and the high material whirling via special rotor result in optimal intermixing with the atomized liquid, thus ensuring efficient moisture addition in flour and bran.

Destoner are used for separating granular material into two fractions according to specific weight. They are primarily used for the elimination of heavy impurities, such as stones, metallic particles etc.

Plansifter is to classify the material after grinding, so that materials of different particle levels are sent to the machines behind for further grinding and crushing, and the flour that has reached the particle size requirements of the finished product is collected or sent separately to other machinery and equipment for final processing or directly packaged.

This machine is used for separating short impurities like; round seeds, broken wheat kernels and long impurities like straw, shell and wooden particles. It has an adjustable arm for all type of wheat grading.
