Intensive Dampener

The intensive dampener is capable of adding up to 5% water to cleaned wheat with even distribution of moisture. The two-component injection system and the high material whirling via special rotor result in optimal intermixing with the atomized liquid, thus ensuring efficient moisture addition in flour and bran.

Description

Intensive dampener is used in flour production areas wheat to gets more damp rate in shorter time and with less water.It is used to give consistent and standart warm temperature. The wheat which will be dampened enters to inlet of machinery automaticly. Input of water also is regulated with electronic and mechanical flowmeter under control. Entering of wheat and water comes at same time. Even at the shortest place gives 5% warm temperature. Intensive dampener has been designed to put water as maximum into wheat.
The bodies which are manufactured totally from metal can be assembled easily. Rotor composed from many distributor palet on it. Wheat and water is mixed and blended along body because of pallets which are rotor and that is why by using strong rub,scrub and force on wheat high temperature operation can be made. It is possible to reach at high capacities with this machinery.
