The intensive dampener is capable of adding up to 5% water to cleaned wheat with even distribution of moisture. The two-component injection system and the high material whirling via special rotor result in optimal intermixing with the atomized liquid, thus ensuring efficient moisture addition in flour and bran.

Control plansifter is using to control the finished product before packing in facility to grain processing (flour and maize factory etc.).

Horizontal Scourer used for peeling of wheat grains from husks. - Separates foreign particles such as dust, sand and small seeds. - Clear the soil and other particles on the wheat grains by crumbling. Also separates ear of grains which is not separated before. - The wheat from the inlet flows directly to the wheat peeling section. Here by the rotation of the steel rotor wheat peeled and the clean wheat by means of palettes flows to the outlet. - Covers and dust, separated from the wheat, through the special hole flow out.

The process of roller milling involves separation of the endosperm from the bran and germ followed by gradual size reduction of endosperm. In this process, wheat is passed through a series of corrugated and smooth metal rollers accompanied by sifting between stages.
